10K+ Visitors: A Website Redesign Story
10K+ Visitors: A Website Redesign Case Study When I joined my first company as UI & UX Designer, the website was a simple one-page site with very little structure and even less traffic. It didn’t truly represent who we were or what we offered. So I took the initiative to completely rethink and rebuild it from the ground up. Over several months, I led the redesign and transformed that one page into a fully structured, SEO-optimized website. The result? We went from a few hundred visitors to over 10,000+ page views in span of a year through organic growth. Problem Statement The original website wasn’t working for us. It was just one page, hard to navigate, not ranking on Google, and not built to grow or tell our story well. We needed a website that could grow with us and clearly showcase our services, work, and values. My Role I took charge of the entire redesign. This included UX strategy, UI design, content planning, on-page SEO, visual design, and optimization. I collaborated with stakeholders for feedback, but all major design and structural decisions came from collaboration. A Human-Centered Design Process To deliver a best UX focused website design that truly meets user needs, we followed a human-centered, iterative UX design process. This structured approach ensured that every design decision was backed by real insights, user validation, and business alignment. From discovery to delivery, each phase was crafted to bring clarity, consistency, and impact. 1. Understanding the Problem The original website had a few key challenges that needed to be addressed: It was a single-page site with no proper structure or navigation. Visitors had no way to explore our services, projects, or learn about who we are. There was no clear call to action or user journey. It was not ranking on search engines, which made discoverability difficult. It became clear that the website was not supporting our goals. It wasn’t helping users find what they needed, and it wasn’t helping us grow. My goal was to turn the site into a scalable, user-friendly platform that would reflect our capabilities and drive real results. 2. Research & Analysis To understand the scope and potential of the redesign, I started with a thorough UX audit of the existing site. I looked at: User behavior and drop-off points Content gaps and structure issues SEO performance Visual and brand consistency I also conducted competitor research to identify patterns, trends, and best practices in our industry. From these insights, I created a clear list of priorities to guide the new design: Establish a clean, scalable site structure Define user journeys aligned with business goals Ensure strong SEO foundations Build visual consistency across all pages Design for accessibility and responsiveness 3. Ideation & Wireframing With the insights in hand, I mapped out a new site architecture. This included: Home About Services (with individual pages for each offering) Industries we serve Portfolio (with detailed project case studies) Contact Blog and resources (for future expansion) I created low-fidelity wireframes in Figma to visualize the content flow and structure. These wireframes focused on user navigation, layout balance, and clarity of information. I presented the initial wireframes to internal team members and gathered feedback to refine the structure before moving into detailed design. 4. High Fedility Design Once the wireframes were approved, I moved into high-fidelity UI design. My focus was on creating a clean, modern, and professional design that felt approachable and easy to navigate. Key design considerations included: Clear visual hierarchy to guide attention Scannable content blocks for readability Consistent use of typography and spacing Responsive layouts across all screen sizes Subtle interactions and visual feedback for better usability I used Figma for designing the interface and collaborated with tools like Photoshop and Canva to create and optimize supporting visual assets.
Health Care Application
Reimagining the Digital Healthcare Experience In today’s fast-paced world, accessing quality healthcare should be as seamless as booking a cab or ordering food. This project was centered around designing a robust health application that bridges the gap between patients, doctors, and clinics—delivering a user-friendly, intuitive, and scalable digital solution. In this section, I’ll walk you through the core vision, the problem space we tackled, my role as a Product Designer/UI & UX Designer, and a bird’s eye view of the end-to-end design process. This foundation set the tone for everything that followed—from deep user research to final delivery. https://uiuxdn.in/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Health-Application-1.mp4 A Human-Centered Design Process To deliver a product that truly meets user needs, we followed a human-centered, iterative UX design process. This structured approach ensured that every design decision was backed by real insights, user validation, and business alignment. From discovery to delivery, each phase was crafted to bring clarity, consistency, and impact. 1. Understanding the Problem This phase was all about uncovering the core problems through research, stakeholder inputs, and market analysis. It helped us identify pain points and shape a user-centered design direction. In the video below, I walk through how we approached discovery, key insights we uncovered, and how they informed our next steps. https://uiuxdn.in/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Health-Application-2-ProblemStatement.mp4 2. Research & Analysis With a clear problem in mind, we dove into research—conducting ground-level studies, mapping user insights, and analyzing competitors. This phase helped validate assumptions and uncover real user needs. In the video, I walk through our research methods, how we used affinity mapping to organize findings, a snapshot of the competitive landscape, and the key takeaways that shaped our design decisions. https://uiuxdn.in/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Health-Application-3-Process-.mp4 3. Ideation & Wireframing In the ideation phase, we translated research into actionable design solutions. By creating user personas, mapping out user journeys, and refining the information architecture, we laid the groundwork for intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. We then translated these ideas into low-fidelity sketches to explore different design possibilities. In the video, I’ll show how we used these tools to frame the experience and make critical design decisions. You’ll also see how lo-fi wireframes began to take shape based on user flows. https://uiuxdn.in/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Health-Application-4-ideation.mp4 4. High Fedility Design In this phase, the concepts we developed throughout the process came to life in the final product. From polished UI designs to seamless interactions, the application now provides a user-friendly and intuitive healthcare experience. The final design also reflects user feedback, ensuring that the product aligns with real needs and expectations. Wrapping Up the Journey I’ve summarized the key learnings, challenges we overcame, and the impact of the work done so far. I also address a few common questions and share reflections on the entire design process. In this final video, I’ll walk you through the main takeaways, answer a few frequently asked questions, and wrap up with a heartfelt thank you for exploring this case study. https://uiuxdn.in/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Health-Application-5-conclusion.mp4 Thanks for Watching That wraps up this case study. I hope it gave you a clear look into my design process and thinking. AI Powered Education Platform
Designing an AI-First Learning Experience This project began with a bold question: What if learning could adapt to the learner? The goal was to design an education platform powered by AI that delivers personalized content, real-time feedback, and intelligent learning paths—making studying smarter, not harder. In the video below, I’ll introduce the product, share the core challenges we set out to solve, outline my role in the project, and give a quick overview of the design process that follows. https://uiuxdn.in/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Education-Ai-app-1-Dnyaneshwar-N.mp4 A Human-Centered Design Process To deliver a product that truly meets user needs, we followed a human-centered, iterative UX design process.
